UMAS Jewelry Mobile Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

The UMAS Jewelry mobile messaging program (the "Program") is operated by UMAS Jewelry. By joining or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms, including agreement to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration only.
User Enrollment – The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in. By consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from UMAS Jewelry on the mobile number you provided, even if it is on a Do Not Call list. Participation is completely voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
Cancellation – You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. A single confirmation text will be sent. No further messages will be sent to your device.

Program Description – Users may receive messages about marketing, promotions, payment, delivery, and sale of jewelry, including cart abandonment reminders.
Cost and Frequency – Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. We do not charge for the Program, but you are responsible for all charges from your wireless carrier.
Age Restriction – You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian permission.
Prohibited Content – You agree not to send fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content through the Platform, including content involving personal health information, sensitive personal data, or data relating to minors under 18 without parental consent.
