Orders
Orders received on weekdays will be shipped the same day or the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping information
During peak periods, shipping times may be affected. You can check with your preferred carrier regarding delivery times.
We offer tracked delivery via the CTT courier service.
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Portugal within 24-48 hours of ordering.
The estimated shipping time starts counting from the day your order is dispatched.
It is not possible to change or cancel the order after it has been placed. After receiving your order, please contact us at umasjewelryshop@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Customs fees
We are not responsible for any import or customs duties associated with your order. Please check your country's regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes orders shipped with free express shipping.
Delayed or lost orders
Please ensure you provide the correct address when placing your order. UMAS Jewelry is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or left with neighbors or in outbuildings.
Any discrepancies in orders (missing or lost items) must be reported in writing via email to umasjewelryshop@gmail.com.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 business days after the shipping date (25 days for international items) – this is when the chosen delivery company considers the item lost.
Items not received, but tracking shows delivery.
This can happen in workplaces, where the package may have been delivered to the mailroom or received by a colleague.
In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate on the delivery company's website.
We do not refund or replace items that have tracking information showing delivery. We always recommend delivery to a secure address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If the order was unexpectedly canceled, the anti-fraud filter likely flagged it as suspicious. Verify that the billing address matches the payment method and try again. Alternatively, use a PayPal account.

Returns
We offer a 14-day exchange or refund guarantee, starting from the date the order arrives at the customer's address.
We are not responsible for customs duties (import taxes) on returns; you will be responsible for these costs.
We cannot offer refunds for lost returns.
Orders sent back after 14 days will be returned to the customer.
How to request an exchange or refund
Follow the link provided on the website to start your return and follow the instructions sent by email.
Requirements for exchange or refund:
Items must be unused (only fitting or adjustment allowed).
All labels and packaging must be included.
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange your order within 14 days of arrival. The first exchange shipment will be free; subsequent exchanges will have shipping costs to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for customs fees on exchanges.
Refund Policy
We will refund the amount to the same payment method used. It may take 7-14 days after processing at the warehouse. Refunds cannot be made to a different payment method than the one used.
